Worse service ever

Worst service - I've placed an order 19:45pm, 26/09/2026. The app showed that macdonalds blue downs is open for delivery. 45min later still no order, macdonalds blue downs on the app says collect and can't get in touch with anyone from the Mr. Delivery customer service team to help in this regard. So now we are left with having to collect our food and we were already charged the service fee and delivery fee
