Worse service ever

I ordered McDonald's and I left the previous address on there. I then message the driver to ask if they could deliver to where I am cause I forgot to change my address. He then said no it's too far, I rep**** and said okay please take it back to Mc Donald's and I'll collect. Only for me to drive all the way and get to McDonald's and the cashier told me the driver never returned. I called Mr D and they told me its my lost. Really? Mr D. Worse service. I want a refund.
