Worse service

Made a meal order- dfd***4 My meal was not packaged properly. Spoke to delivery man-Sinclair and he took pictures and I called offices and spoke to various people. After 30 mins I called him to ask any follow up but he kept dropping the line and was rude. It’s 2 hrs and stilll have no order I paid for. I spent roughly more than R50 on airtime and my time wasted for an order. Disappointing service as I order everyday from Mr D. I want to be compensated and no manager could talk to me. Brenda
