Worse experience YET

Hi,

I have never had a bad experience with your service like I did today!!! My food arrived late and the driver did not even call. I had to wait for the “escalation” process before I could get a call from the driver. After sending him messages on the app.

Your call center is not efficient, they call me only when the food was delivered, and Offer to escalate instead of helping me resolve the issue of the driver being lost. This could have been dealt with in less then 2mins.

I have great regret in believing in your service.
