Worse delivery

I ordered food on Saturday night @ 6.30pm we waited until 8pm still no delivery. We phoned the call center several times only to be put on hold. At 9pm still not food only to be told on the app food delivered. We didn't receive any deliveries don't know where the driver delivered to. The driver never called to say he was lost. I want my full refund by the close of business tomorrow or else I am going to put negative reviews on all social media platforms.
