WONT ALLOW CANCELLATION EVEN THOUGH FOOD IS LATE!!!

I've been having a terrible experience with Mr D lately as from last week. They keep delivering my food late and when I request to cancel, they ignore my emails and deliver it when the food is cold. I'm so sick of they're shoddy customer service!!!
