Will we ever be able to get acceptable service from Mr D? Nobody knows what they are doing and it tells a lot about how the owners and managers do things.

What is going on with Mr D, if you thought that the service was terrible before, I got news for you, their see is only getting worse.

For one they are a lot more expensive than Uber eats yet we as loyal customers that have chosen to make Mr D our go to delivery service they have ultimately disappointed in every aspect.

I placed an order earlier today which was accepted and after waiting for more than 2 hours, I close to 3 hours I then notice that they canceled my order because the order was never collected by the driver, so after a very long day at work I am left without a meal.

Prior to this, a few days ago I placed an order for groceries from pick n pay via Mr D and noticed that the driver collected my order but took almost 30mins to leave the store location, I tried reaching out to driver via chat with no response, concerned about the safety and quality of my food items I continued to track the driver watching him going all over but ultimately not arriving with my order, the driver did respond once via chat so I know for certain the function was working, he ended up taking my order and not even arriving at my delivery address only to update the order as delivered.

Prior to this I placed an order and received expired goods and spoiled food, I reached out for assistance and was mislead by the agent regarding my resolution, the guy was very poor at his job and ignored me on the chat for more than 16mins, after many hours being wasted trying to get assistance and have the matter resolved I finally requested to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor himself was absolutely terrible at his job, called me back without even introducing himself and with an abrupt tone asking me what do I want, I mean I have no idea who is calling me, are they even trained, do they have any experience to work in customer service?

I just feel like I am at my limit now and have to speak about it so others can be aware and look for better options, I would certainly not recommend Mr D to anyone.
