Why use MR D.?

FNB promised me that I would get my FNB credit card on Tuesday. I was sent a reference no by Mr D saying that the card would be delivered today before 5pm. i phone the MR D call centre and you get no response. Nobody answers the phone and you are left hanging. Why does FNB use them rather involve a company that is more serious about their customers. .
