Why remove cash on delivery from my app?

After many complaints about your drivers doing deliveries for other companies and food getting here cold.....and just keep saying "this is not the service we normally do"....it seems like that is the service you offer.

Last week your guy went offline for 20 mins with my food.....he said he couldnt start his bike....why would he go offline and not reply to messages. Why would he need to start his bike if he was still driving and why go offline?

After he got here with cold food which i refused to pay for, that he took back....you have now removed the cash option.....which means you plan to hold me ransom and expect me to be happy with cold food.

If there isnt a cash option, then i dont believe you will ever be held accountable, which means i cant support you.....
