Why have an 087 help line If they NEVER HELP

Terrible inconsiderate service Here is my order number dfd*** I order so many times from you You can look it up One time I make a mistake I ordered my food at work to be delivered at my home But this app of yours always wants to AUTO GPS Immediately I saw the mistake I followed ur promps but the faq Called the 087 Only to be told nonsense like they can't cancel and they can't refund I saw the error and called immediately for help WHY HAVE A HELP LINE IF YOU CANT ****** HELP

Mr d save money and rather retrench geh people working on the 087 number and replace it with AI voice prompt

It will save u a hell of alot of money cos the doing the phone literally just cost peoplemoney and provide no value added service

As of today I have deleted my account information and won't be ordering from you again.
