Where's my money? Where's my food?

I ordered food from PnP through Mr. D. The money left my account (confirmed by my bank), order number generated (according to their own call centre agent but not on my app). They say I have to wait for next week for my funds to be reversed.

A shocking admission by their agent was that this happens often.
