Where's my money Mr D?

Hi there, I have ordered from Pizza Perferct on Mr D - Order DFD*** and the aapplication got stuck on Awaiting Payment, even though the money was deducted. It is is impossible to get help... whatsapp and the call centre just do not respond. Even the in app support is non existent
