Where's my food?
So today I decide to order KFC again from Mr D Food and lord behold you my food was not delivered because they previous delivery was done in the parking lot. Upon calling the call centre it's apparently not allowed to delivered outside my place of work because of a policy that has not been mentioned to me when in the parking lot outside my place of work we are able conducted social distancing. The call centre agent also mentioned my money can't be refunded and the food cannot be delivered again which I can't seem to understand. I never will recommend this to anyone nor ever use this service. Wow bad service during the epidemic we all live in.

14 May 2020, 14:27Hi Kim, thank you for confirming. Kindly be advised that under the Lockdown Level 4 regulations, only home deliveries are allowed. We have looked into this and can confirm that the address provided was not in adherence with this regulation. Due to this our driver was instructed to fail delivery for this order and unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
