Where is my parcel????

I've sent a parcel to nelspruit just before Christmas, abd they decided to deliver to the wrong person although i had written instructions to call before they deliver it.and inside the parcrl there was a valuable item, even today i haven't received anything from you. THIS IS NOT GOOD.
