Where is my food???? You said it has been delivered????

My order did not arrive. Yet the app told me that the order has been delivered and I need to Enjoy.... Order number #DFD*** Phone the help centre number and nothing. So they took my money and I don't know where the food ended up. Know of a lot of people that this happens to on other delivery apps. Never experienced it with Mr D though.... How do I get my food or my money???????
