When you run into problem, there is no customer service

Mr Delivery has no customer service at all. You talking to a wall is better than talking to them, because a wall will not say something to **** you off. Ordered 600g pork rib from West Peak Spur, it feels very light when received, and I weigh the package, it was only 306g, and net weight was 280g (including bones and basting sauce). When I complaint to customer service, all I receive was this is normal shrinkage when cooked. So they simply telling me pork ribs will shrink more than 55% when cooked. When I searched online, this does not seems to be the case.
