What really happened to the ice cream

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order, which arrived incomplete. It’s really inconvenient and disappointing to receive a delivery that’s missing items I paid for.

Now I have to place another order to get what I originally wanted, which is both time-consuming and frustrating. It feels like someone didn’t do their job properly, and I shouldn’t have to deal with the extra effort and cost because of this mistake.

Please assist in resolving this matter urgently I want to know what rely happened and who is responsible for this because we really can’t accept this mistakes
