what incompetence

I ordered from mr delivery just after 12pm on Saturday, 11th of July.The telephonist had no customer skills.When I place the order he kept on making jokes with someone in the background, making comments such as pizza or whatever, repeating the order about 10 times.After about 20 minutes I gave him my credit card no, which I had to repeat several times.He continue making jokes...After 10 minutes I spoke to his superior, Samantha, who took the order down again.After 30 minutes another manager called me indicating they need the card no again...What complete incompetence and a waste of time.If you are going to deal with customer on the phone, I suggest you should get the proper training to do so.Never again!!!
