What happened to my order mr delivery??

I ordered a meal from chicken licken in Ormonde using the mr delivery app. My order was supposedly delivered and collected however I didn’t receive it nor did my husband and it was just us in the house I’m trying to get help but no one is assisting at this point I don’t know who to blame because I paid for food I did not receive and the time frame is very odd the food order was accepted at 20:59, collected at 21:03, delivered at 21:13 and received at 21:14 but not by me the owner and not by my husband!! what happened to my order?!?
