What Customer Service???

Hi, this is probably a general feel/opinion, but Mr. D’s customer service is basically non-existent. If it was an isolated incident I will understand, but it has become the norm… I have waited two (2) weeks for a response, that’s just a response to confirm they have received my query… it’s an absolute disgrace to say the least!
