What are Notes For ???

Whats the point of asking us to put a note on our orders/carts if nobody is going to read them?

I ordered a Street Wise 2 and pap through the app and i was specific with the pieces of Chicken as well. When my order came it had opposite pieces of chicken and no gravy , i took a picture and logged a query and a lady name ****ka from the app told me that everything is aligned and that they wont be able to help.

My problem is that just because KFC punched in that they included the gravy , its not my problem because i didnt receive my order.
