What a STUPID system.

4th having my money taken from my account and a restaurant not being able to accept the order. I’ll have to wait 3 days for my money to be refunded now; as usual. What is the logic in the system taking people’s money before the restaurant has committed to the order? Who are the imbecile system engineers that thought that would be a good idea?????? So tired of this!!!!
