What a joke!!

What a Joke!

Placed a order on 6th October 2022.

My father in law took us out for dinner, placed KFC order for my grandparents.

I did not check my phone as they always call me if they are infront all of a sudden this Delivery Guy literally sms me. When I eventually read my messages it was to late and according to there procedures, 10 minutes to long. They cancelled my order!

Best part my grandparents was sitting outside and could see the gate, the dogs didnt even barked, no sign of a car infront of our gate.

Our country is a joke!

Upon that we need to deal with bad service and delivery which you pay for! Paid R259. 90 and got credited R130 - what a joke.... Seems someone had a nice meal on my account
