WHAT A JOKE

How do you take someone's money not knowing if the restaurant will accept the order and put it back into a wallet to make sure the money get spent on Mr D restaurants again?!?!?! That's *********. I ordered nandos to supper and Mr D took my money immediately nandos cancelled due to Loadshedding!!! I then ordered Mc D adding additional funds to order the meal and food should be delivered 7.18pm. It is currently 8.10pm guess what no damn food???!!!!! I call the call centre and get told oh the order has been cancelled. I haven't been notified about anything and I have pictures/ screenshots proving the fact of the time I was still waiting stating the " restaurant is on it" What a damn joke. I have to wait 7 days for my money to reflect and u easily took it within seconds. I keep on giving this app so many chances and order again and again and often times get left dissapointed!!! They want to bribe u with R25 credits etc.... We customers aren't just another number we are your staff's salaries!!! treat us better and deliver!!!
