What a horrible experience!!!

We bought food at Mc Donald and KFC using my friends Mr D account.She didn't confirm the address,so the drivers went back to their respective stores.We didn't get the food nor the refund.When we call they say they looking at it,it's 3 weeks now and waiting.What a horrible experience we had.We lost our money just like that.
