Mr Delivery is South Africa's WORST SERVICE DELIVERY COMPANY!!! I have used your services for a long time and previously, if an order was late or wrong I would always let it slide but in the recent months you lot have messed up CONSISTENTLY which I would no longer ignore. The last 6 times I used your service, without fail......something was wrong! The absolute disregard for your errors and the inconvenience you constantly cause is appalling!! Your call centre agents just aids in the frustration rather than to resolve matters decently. They leave you holding on for as long as they can and then end the call OR when they don't want to deal with your complaint, they hang up in your ear. Disgusting service and pathetic processes!! They point fingers at their service providers instead of taking accountability for their failed processes and they have the audacity to throw a lousy voucher in your face as a resolve! You should feel ashamed to even be charging for the terrible service you lot provide. Mr D, do us all a favour and CLOSE UP SHOP! You are losing the plot.
