We want our money back.

This is my final resort. I’ve tried calling, emailing, commenting on Facebook and I still have had no response. I placed an order, as I hit pay, the money was taken from my account but an error popped up saying “oops something went wrong”. The order never went through but the money has been taken from my account. It’s been 3 days now and still no refund. After doing a bit of scrolling through Facebook I see I am not the only one who has experienced this, many other people are still patiently waiting for their refunds. Until my money is refunded I will consider this theft. I definitely do not recommend.
