WASTE

I unfortunately ordered 2 meals instead of 1 on the app as It looked like I was adding an extra cool drink. I called them and they told me they can't ammend the order. Essentially they were going to let the driver come all the way to my place, and make him cancel the order here. I requested to pay for my food and they can take back the duplicate. I was then informed they have to return the whole order to the store and the food will be discarded. I was ready and willing to pay for what I ordered but they completely refused. So much waste of food, time and fuel in a country whose economy is already crippled. Their policies don't make sense.
