The problem was eventually resolved, but the processes in place should have never taken so long and the stuff that dealt with the problem should have been more courteous and properly trained to handle such situations speedily and efficiently. To the exception of another employee Mr Lorenzo van Wyngaardt, who was exceptional. Thank you to this young man.
