Warning MR D customers!!!

Greetings All and a big warning to all Mr D customers. If you ever involved in an accident with a driver of theirs and not getting your insurance involved(access you cover) please see below.

a driver of theirs hit my vehicle on an open road(30/04/2023), reported it to police station. you have to chase them to get any feedback. its been 3 months now(as off today), its now in the hands of a 3rd party insurance. no idea why the wait is long, even told 30 working days to even investigate. I was sent an email today, alleging that I had assaulted the driver after the accident. This is a serious allegation brought forward. It been a constant back and forth mail and call problem. So please be careful, this is the type of experience you would endure. If it not MR D poor Customer service in handling accidents, its always another problem!
