Waiting over 2 hours for my order

I placed a order with Mrd at 12:59. Its now 14:27 and still no sign of my food. HOW MUCH MORE PATHETIC CAN YOU GET. The customer service reckons that they tried calling me but no calls were made. This is the worst service i received from Mrd so far. Driver sound clueless as hell as to where he should be.
