Waiting more than 7 days for my refund

Last week Friday on the 22nd February I ordered food online with Mr D. I ordered Ocean Basket and paid via eft, an amount of R285. The money was deducted from my account and Ocean Basket did not appect my order and I received a notification from Mr D that I will received a refund. I waited till the Monday - no refund. I then emailed Mr D and I was told that it usually takes 5days... I waited the Wednesday - no refund, waited the Thursday - no refund. I then emailed Mr D again and I was told that it will reflect in my bank account the Friday. Friday came - no refund. To this day no refund. How can they do this to the customer and let the customer wait for THEIR money!!!! It's my money which I am still waiting on. No email no phone call to apologize and I don't see why their should be delays because I should receive my refund within 3days max not 5 days or 7days!!! This is utter nonsense. I order so much from Mr D but if this is the service I will no longer use them!!!!
