Waiting for more than 4 hours for my order 😡

I’ve been waiting for my grocery order placed on MrDelivery from Pick n Pay Mall of the South for more than 4 hours! I called their helpline twice and all they could do is give me a R50 coupon and tell me that they’re escalating my matter. They never came back to me after promising that they will! The service delivery is appalling
