Voucher expired before getting assistance

Ohh I've never been this disappointed with Mr Delivery I'm not one to complain on sites but this I simply CANNOT let go

After numerous back and forths with the restaurant (Munchies@Norwood ascot), being nudged from agent to agent I finally received assistance from their supervisor, Tevin van Wyk, who seemed to assist me but alas it was too good to be true

I received a voucher from the restaurant in question, who has previously messed up my order as it was the food was not up to standard. The fries were burnt and the food was so oily This voucher was valid for 30 days I decided to then use the voucher in the last week of its expiration date but the link was not working. I was assisted by Tevin van Wyk and my issue was resolved, I didn't place the order however because I was not in the proximity of the restaurant.

I then wanted to place the order when I was well and ready and In proximity, the voucher again did NOT work

I called again, this time I was assisted by Sibulele M, who promised to escalate the issue to Tevin once again My enquiry was made Friday It is Sunday and I have still not received any call back!!

I just received an email from a Monnelisa M, telling me that the voucher has expired We'll no **** Sherlock This is because I've been waiting for a response and assistance and I've gotten NOTHING!! Utterly ridiculous

I wish to simply delete the app from my phone but unfortunately we do need its convenience

I will never however, order from Munchies @ Norwood Ascot ever again

And the agents at Mr D are useless
