Very very disappointed and will never be supporting them again

Very disgusted by Mr D. Me and my friend Tumelo ordered food on the 1st of July, we were ordering to greenstone mall. The driver then called my friend to ask where we are and he explained which shop and entrance to use, after awhile we called the driver he said he took the food back to Mr D. He then started ignoring our calls when I called from the landline he told us Mr D phoned him and told him to take our food back and we are wasting his time??? What about our money and time and petrol because we then went to the Mr D /takealot address he said we need to go to and they were not helpful at all saying we can't get our food and we have to call the call center we then insisted "loraine" to call. When she spoke to the call center she still laughed and said we want to lodge a complaint to the driver and fine him for the food. She then told us the money would be reversed immediately it has been 12 days now no refund, no getting back to us, nothing. We will never ever support Mr D again and neither will our whole branch or friends and family. #DFD*** Tumelo Motase ***
