Very very bad service with poor excuses

I placed an order today at 12h30 and have been waiting for more than an hour and when i phoned them they wanted me to cancel my order and then i must put in a claim to get my money back which apparently takes 3 to 5 Workdays before i can get my money back. The excuse they use is that the weather is preventing them from delivering to the client meanwhile they were at my Office delivering food to other clients while i am waiting for my order that almost R300
