Very unprofessional

I order food on their app which was misleading. On the app it was the Burger King meal special which was burgers that they normally have on Wednesday’s to my surprise I get sandwiches. I called Burger King helderkrin I was told to take up with Mr delivery. Called the first time they hang up on me, second time I told them I will definitely give them a bad review because this is actually the second time this is happening, with Burger King and mr delivery. They dedicated money from my account and still haven’t refunded me. Very disheartening
