Very unhappy active MR D Customer

I placed an order for 1 burger meal from Burger King Zewenwaght (Kuilsriver), instead I got billed for 2 orders and received 2 orders. I tried my best to notify the Mr D support team but it seems that I lost money in the process for a 2nd order which I do not want. I feel this situation has been handled poorly, and I also want my bank account credited and DO NOT want a credit on my Mr D account.
