Very Rude Gail

I just called and spoke to a very rude employee called Gail who refused to provide me with her surname stating that it is due to the POPI act. Such people don't deserve to be employed. It's not my first time calling Mr Delivery and the service I received from the so called Gail was very disappointing. My query still hasn't been resolved
