Very poor service waiting for almost close to 2 hours for my order

01 Sept 2026, 23:01My kids ate cold burgers and cold nuggets when the order finally arrived after more then 1h30 of waiting. What's worse is I tried their WhatsApp number but no agent was available and I wanted to cancel that order and go somewhere else because it was already late and the kids were hungry
