Very poor service Mr. Delivery refusing to refund me

On 16 March 2024 I ordered food through them for delivery, I was charged through them. KFC could not meet my order. I ordered from another KFC which I was also charged. I tried now to get my money refunded, they informed me they could only assist if it was within 48 hours...no where do they inform us of that. That night I had several phone calls with MR D to get my order sorted....
