Very poor service

I have had a very bad experience tonight with your service. Order was placed 16:48 and still not delivered it is 19:49.

Phoned support three times. Phoned the store and they advised that they had to remake the order three times as the driver did not show up after the consultant told me they cannot get hold of the store but a driver has been allocated???

The consultant at Mr D Support advised that he will phone me back as soon as he has feedback. No one phoned me, I had to phone again to find out what’s happening.

This is really poor service as my order was placed three hours ago.
