Very poor service

I oddered food and it was never delivered, they decided to refund me with no valid reason but pick up issues, they credit the mr delivery account and not my bank account, further say I should move it to my bank account ,not putting in to account my inconvenience and my bank charges and they further say it may take 5days for it to reflect in my account, i am further inconvenienced on top of not getting my promises service, the emails i get keep repeating the same thing and not considering my inconvenience as a customer .

I got mails from Itumeleng Whapi and Nicole Gabriel telling me I should find my money in the credit, very poor customer service.
