Very poor service

I've been waiting for my order(Kfc Queenswood)for almost 2 hours,I've send them an email,and they're just apologizing,the driver lost track of my location,and nothing happens from there,They didn't even credited me back on my order,so n presume the money is ****** from me,as they left it there and stopped replying
