Very poor / rude service by Mr D Muizenberg

Mr Delivery in Muizenberg must have the poorest staff operating their orders received. Even though a clear request was given for a delivery time, as the recipient is an essential worker, they went ahead helter skelter.

When phoned the dispatcher did not want to listen to any teason, even when asked to only deliver the order later, even though it will be cold by then. She actually became downright rude.

When a supervisor phoned a bit later, the same happened, even to the extent of having the phone put down halfway through the discourse.

As I live in another city, I was forced to order through Mr Delivery again, having to order a second meal from another restaurant as the original closed for orders for the day.

I have no idea whether the original meal was thrown away, eaten by staff or given to a homeless person. I hope the latter.
