Very late delivery and lack of communication

I have been trying to get a hold of Mr Delivery Courier and no one answers the phone. After months of back and forth between FNB and Mr Delivery, I was promised my credit card was going to arrive last week Thursday. FNB cannot assist me as the card is not with them. Very bad service from Mr Delivery.
