Very Furious Customer

I made an order to KFC through Mr Delivery and the delivery guy swopped my food with another customer's order. I called to tell him that he gave me the wrong package. That guy was so rude. He shouted at me, swore at me and dropped the call in my ear. I am not happy at all.
