Very disappointed

So yesterday i ordered some stuff from pick n pay via Mr D. And it almost took whole day for the order to come..I ordered just after 1 pm and my order came just before 6 pm. I get that all our products were not instock and only got informed 5 hours later,but that was not the worst part,the worst part was that the items that were listed in the cart and that was after the amendments,was not delivered to me and that was the 30 tray of eggs and block cheese. The items that were not included in my cart i got refunded for but the items that were included but not delivered with my other food items were accounted for.. I then got told that I will receive a r69 for the inconvenience but what about my eggs and cheese?..it costed way more!! I would just like to know what's going to happen concerning that because I sure paid for it.
