VERY BAD SERVICE

I placed an order on the Mr D app just after 20.00pm. The order was collected at 21.15pm from MacDonalds Plumstead. It took the driver just over an hour to drop off my food at 22.17pm. This is not the first time we received such bad service from Mr D. The restaurant is only 10 minutes away from my house and the driver has a fine check to apologise and blames his late arrival on load shedding. Does he think we stupid people.
