Very Bad Service and non delivery...Mr Delivery

I ordered food where the driver drove in the opposite direction. More than 50 minutes the order was still not delivered after I messaged the driver several times without any feedback. After calling Mr Delivery I was told they will follow up. Only then the driver contacted me and seems he had an accident. Very unfortunate however notify me don't keep quiet. Who wants food after more than hour later ...after an accident and still 30 minutes away. Please refund me as no food was received. Will never ever use Mr Delivery for food again. App will be deleted.
